W.R.Kit (Steel Locking Lid and Bottom Panels) W.R. Kit encloses the bottom and the top of your bumper crane with heavy gauged steel panels and powder coated steel diamond tread plate lid. A lockable latch secures the crane and Stainless steel hinges are used at all pivot points. This option can be up graded to Bright Finnish Aluminum cover with aluminum hinge or an all Stainless steel lid. Lid Top Covers All of the Lid Top Covers are designed to pad lock in order to have limited access to the crane. This protects You from unqualified personnel using the crane. Shown is the Standard Powder Coated Steel lid (Gold Color). The Aluminum Lid 3003 Thread Brite, And the Alloy 304 Stainless Steel Lid. Premium Anti-Slip Surface Premium Anti-Slip Surface is added to the top of the Sto-Away’s bumper crane surface to help prevent slipping and falling when used as a step bumper. The greatest injury with a truck is slipping during stepping in or out of the trucks bed or rear doors. If it wasn’t so Then Why do all of the factory rear bumpers have a rubber top surface? Do you Really want to Spec a Bumper crane that won’t lower your workman comp claims – just because it might be a little cheaper at bid? It won’t be cheaper after someone slips and falls. Feather Lite Kit (Safety Kit-Spring Assisted Raising and Lowering of the Crane) This Option is a Must have Safety Feature!! Confined Space Rescue Package Confine Space/Rescue Package is an optional Bolt-on System that meets and exceeds O.S.H.A./A.N.S.I. requirements for power hoisting in confine space and ANSI Z359.1 for certified 3200 lb. minimum anchoring point with Positive lifting cable attachment to the hoisting drum. An electronic Load Limiter that limits the lifting force (including workers body weight) to 350 lb. This is needed to prevent crippling, dismemberment, or decapitation from excessive hoisting force. Redundant manual backup hoist that meets O.S.H.A. 1910.66 & OSHA 1926.502 & NOSHA 80-106 requirements in order to help rescue a non-breathing worker before the onset of brain damage. D Rings(Safety Chain-Towing) This option allows easy mounting of Safety Chains and they swivel to give added Ground clearance. Also shown is an "Eyes / Tabs" that is part of the center cross members that the 2" receiver tube is welded to. This "Eyes / Tabs" are part at the rear of every bumper crane hitch system. These mounts are standard feature.
